Become a Lace Member -
$5 off for every 300 points earned
$15 off for every 600 points earned
*$50 off your purchase of $100 or more & 1200 points
*$100 off your purchase of $125 or more & 2400 points
*NOTE: You will receive $50 off your purchase however you must spend $100 or more AND use 1200 loyalty points you have earned to receive $50 off your purchase.
The same with $100 off your purchase. If you have more than 2400 points you can only use 2400 on a purchase of $125 or more to receive $100 off. You can make another purchase to use your additional points.
You can redeem rewards on multiple purchases in one day, provided you have enough points.
You will receive an email prior to your points expiring letting you know your points will be expiring if you do not make a purchase.
You receive 2 notices - the first one is 30 days before the points expire, the 2nd one is one day before the points expire.
Points do not expire as long as a purchase is made within 12 months.

Q. How Do I Join a la mode’s Rewards Program?
A. Create a customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget 'Check Rewards' on the bottom of your screen.
Q. How do I earn loyalty points?
A. Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online or in-store. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including following us on Instagram and referring friends. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.

Q. How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
A. You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on our website. Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.
Q. How do I use my rewards?
A. When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order. Or if you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter.
Q. What happens to my loyalty points if I return an item for an exchange
A. Points you earn on a purchase are automatically removed from your account if that order is refunded or voided.
Points you spend to redeem a reward are handled differently: if your return an item purchased using redeemed points, those points are not automatically restored to your account. Reinstating them is not guaranteed and is done manually at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to request this, please contact our team with your order number.
Q. Can I use my points on a sale item?
A. Since our sale items are already at a reduced price, you can not use points or any coupons on them.

If you return any of the items purchased with points, the points discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
